All orders are handcrafted and made to order — please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays beyond our control.
✧ Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
For smaller orders, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
✧ Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
✧ Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if there’s an issue with your order — such as a damaged or incorrect item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’re happy to help and will work with you to find a solution.
✧ Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong ring size, we’re here to help!
We offer one-time size exchange for rings — just send the item back, and we’ll make a new one in the correct size.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✧ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, we may have already started crafting your item and won’t be able to cancel.
